The General Assembly of the NOUN Alumni agreed on the appointment of Board of Trustees (B.O.T) members on its first National Convention Held
in Merit House, Maitama, Abuja on the 16th of August, 2014. These are the names of the appointees:
1. Mr. Shehu Abba Usman
2. Mrs. Titilope Ibe
3. Hon. Newuwumi Omolubi Godswill
4. Ambassador Adamu Abdullahi
5. Alh. Habib Idris
6. Alh. Sani Ibrahim
7. Mr. Usman Tanze
8. Mr. Isaac Akpololohor
9. Mr. Robert Ekat

ReplyDeletePersonally, i am not comfortable with the composition of this B.O.T. members because i can hardly identify any one of them. There is no equity nor fairness in this appointments. It is not balanced in the spirit of our cherished unity and in line with federal character principle.

ReplyDeleteHon. Nwonu, it is unfair of u to discredit the appointees on account of the fact that u do not know them, because u cannot know everybody graduant of NOUN. Also, the process of the appointment was very open. If u had come for the Convention, u would have had a different opinion. We should give kudos to the Caretaker Committe. This is just the beginning. We will achieve more as we proceed...
